Hello and happy Saturday! Today I'm sharing the first of many meal plans going into 2026. When I sent out the "did you get my email?" email 2 weeks ago, many of you said you struggle with meal planning, with getting your family to all eat the same thing, with getting in enough protein, and with finding the time to cook. Truthfully, I get it! I'm hoping these meal plans will help provide some direction on what to cook for the week, or at the very least, some inspiration. Having a plan helps...
